IFixGrades is owned and operated by the original founder Cristhiand Guerra and co-founder Alexander Guerra. Cristhiand holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida. Since graduating, Cristhiand has taught Biology and Math at the high school level and provided one-on-on tutoring in Math, Spanish, Chemistry and ACT/SAT prep for students ranging from elementary school to college. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Economic Geography from the University of Florida. Since graduating Alexander has provided 1-on-1 tutoring in Math, English, Social Studies, and Spanish to students ranging from elementary school to college. He has also provided 1-on-1 tutoring in introductory college business classes (Finance/Economics/ Accounting), ACT/SAT Prep, GRE Prep, PERT, and FTCE prep.

Cristhiand, Alexander, and their team believe that each of their students is capable of putting in the work to be successful and provide opportunities for students to exercise their imagination and creativity to meet their educational goals. The reason that the IFixGrades team has been able to achieve such success with their students is because they take the time to understand what motivates each student and teach to each student's unique learning style.
